Since the acquisition of the land at the end of the 1990’s, we have developed the residential area known as Los Altos de los Monteros in Marbella, focusing on its urban planning and development, in the light of a long term project.
The unique feature of Los Altos de los Monteros is the low ration of single family buildable plots surrounded by extensive green areas and pedestrian trails.
Over the years we have improved and maintained our infrastructure. Today Los Altos de los Monteros is a consolidated residential development located 5 km east of Marbella and boasts stunning views, consisting of single villa plots and several apartment complexes. The infrastructure is in good condition, with paved roads and pavements, street lighting, walking trails and extensive green zones.
Its unique priviledged position within a natural park nestled between the sparkling sea and beaches, tranquil countryside and majestic mountains yet close to the centre of Marbella Town and the celebrated nearby golf courses.
